Ouellette & Associates adjusters are now earthquake certified. We have had little activity on the New Madrid Fault line that runs thru southern Indiana. The experts predict 25% to 40% chance of a disturbance of 6 plus magnitude to strike in various periods over the next 20 years. We have recently switched our claim management system to File Trac Online Reporting to better service our clients.

With File Trac, we have the capability of allowing you and any of your examiners to access your files online in order to get updates on file activities and any file notes the adjusters have made within the file.
